Lesson options:
Lesson are either weekly 60 minute lessons or weekly 30 minute lessons. Most months will have 4 lessons, in the event of a month with 5 lessons the extra lesson can me used for a makeup if needed, skipped, or billed as an extra lesson.
Cancellations:
24 hour notice is requested for lesson cancelations. Lessons missed without notice will not be eligible for makeups. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, makeup lessons will be offered. If a makeup cannot be completed within 30 days of the missed lesson it is forfeited. In the event of the instructor missing a lesson a makeup lesson or credit will always be offered.
Billing:
Lessons are billed each month on the first lesson of the month to cover the entire month of lessons. Payment is accepted via cash, check, card, Venmo, or PayPal.
